Tops has the 8-ish oz. bags of Chex Mix on sale for $1.49 each. There are new coupons here and here for $0.50 off 1 (which will double to $1), as well as a Catalina offer: buy 3, get a $1 Catalina coupon at check-out; buy 4, get a $2 Catalina; or buy 5, get a $3 Catalina.
Update 1: I just found $0.60 Chex Mix coupons over at the Betty Crocker website. These will double to $1.20, making this deal even sweeter!

You'll need multiple computers to get enough coupons, but here is what the scenarios look like:
3 @ $1.49 = $4.47
less 3 $0.50 coupons = $1.47 out-of-pocket ($0.49 each), plus get a $1 Catalina
net cost = $0.47
4 @ $1.49 = $5.96
less 4 $0.50 coupons = $1.96 out-of-pocket, plus get a $2 Catalina
net cost = $0.04 money maker
5 @ $1.49 = $7.45
less 5 $0.50 coupons = $2.95 out-of-pocket (per Tops' coupon policy, only the first 4 will double), plus get a $3 Catalina
net cost = $0.05 money maker
There have also been some $1 off 2 coupons in several recent coupon inserts, which can help if you don't have access enough computers. Check the 1/8 H+General Mills, 2/5 (I think) SmartSource, and 2/26 SmartSource inserts for these.
Update 2: Some Tops locations reportedly are having an unadvertised sale of the smaller 5 oz. bags 10/$10, making them free plus earning the Catalinas!
