I made another run out Tops a little while ago and found good deal I had missed earlier in the week. Libby's canned vegetables are on sale 3 for $2. I bought 8 for $5.34, used 2 $1 off 4 coupons from the 8/28 Red Plum insert and 2 dollar doublers (I had other items that got me to the $15 minimum) and the price works out to be $0.17 each. That is an awesome price for canned veggies! I only wish I had more coupons so I could've stocked up on more.
